Our 45-minute reformer classes combine strength, control and full-body movement in a low-impact workout that challenges without overwhelming your body. Expect slow, intentional, core-focused sequences, and a deep burn that leaves you with the pilates shakes.

At CTRL, we use the XFORMER — a modern take on the traditional reformer designed for a slower, more intense full-body workout. While both focus on controlled movement and core strength, the XFORMER adds more resistance, instability and endurance-based training to challenge the body in a different way.
