WHAT IS CTRL. ROOM?

A 45-minute, low-impact, high-intensity strength training workout on the Xformer machine. Built on slow, controlled movement and constant resistance to challenge your full body.

IS THIS PILATES?

CTRL. Room is Pilates-inspired, but more strength-focused.


Traditional Pilates tends to focus more on flow, breathwork, and lighter resistance, while XFORMER training increases intensity through slower movement, higher resistance, and longer time under tension.


Expect a more challenging, strength-driven full-body workout.

do i need to be experienced?

No. All levels are welcome.

Everything can be modified, and you’ll be guided through it.

what should i expect in class?

Slow, controlled movement.

Full-body strength work under constant resistance.

Nothing rushed — you CTRL the pace, take breaks when needed.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Fitted workout clothes so we can see your form.

Grippy socks are required (available for purchase at the studio).

when should i arrive?

First time: 15 mins early.

Returning clients: 5–10 mins before class.

Doors open ~10 mins before class via QR code.

what happens if i am late?

We run on a 3-min grace window — then we’re in it.

After that, entry isn’t guaranteed, and may be considered as a late cancel.

how do i get into the studio?

Entry is through your QR code sent after booking.

Doors open about 10 mins before class.

what is your cancellation policy?

12hr cancel window.

Late cancels and no-shows are charged.

can i take a class if i am injured or pregnant?

Let us know before class.

We can offer modifications, but it is recommended to consult your doctor if you’re unsure.
